Job Description

Creative Sales Executive: Recliner Sales for Atom Seating & Atom Seating Home (as well as sofas and other chairs)

 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (might have to travel across India)  

Experience: 3 years plus in sales, preferably in furniture/home decor/interiors  

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹100,000 CTC + incentives based on targets

Atom Seating and Atom Seating Home specialize in premium recliners and comfortable cinema and home seating solutions designed for modern Global as well as Indian lifestyles. We're expanding our reach and seeking a dynamic Creative Sales Executive to drive leads, close deals, and build lasting relationships with customers and professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to enquiries on converting exclusive dealers, Indiamart, converting leads into sales through effective follow-ups and demos.

- Engage with prospects on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business) to generate and nurture leads.

- Proactively reach out to interior designers, architects, and dealers across India via calls, emails, and visits to promote our recliner range.

- Achieve monthly sales targets by building a strong pipeline and closing deals.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns.

- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed.

 

Requirements:

- Proven sales track record with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with Indiamart, social media sales tools, and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho, Google Sheets).

- Strong network or experience in the furniture, interiors, or home decor industry is a plus.

- Ability to travel within India for client meetings (reimbursement provided).

- Bachelor's degree; Hindi/Regional language proficiency preferred for better client outreach.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a passion for home comfort products.
