Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert direct inquiries and marketing leads into site visits and final bookings.


Site Presentations: Conduct professional walkthroughs, explaining project USPs, floor plans (including Jodi variants), and lifestyle amenities to prospective buyers.


Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations and payment schedule discussions to bring deals to a successful close.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (brokers) and prospective clients to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.


Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Chembur’s real estate trends and competitor activities to position our projects effectively.


Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of daily follow-ups and sales targets using CRM tools or reporting sheets.


Requirements & Qualifications



Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.


Communication: Exceptional fluency in English (verbal and written). Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi/Marathi is a strong plus.


Soft Skills: Powerful convincing skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle objections.


Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Chembur (or within a short commute) to ensure deep local market knowledge and flexibility.
