Job Title: Sales and Vendor Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Vendor Management Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and engage potential vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favourable agreements.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and vendor management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
