Return Goods Supervisor

We are looking for a Return Supervisor to manage and monitor all return operations for marketplaces like Blinkit, Zepto, and RetailEZ. The candidate will be responsible for handling returned products, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth reverse logistics operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily return operations from marketplaces and distributors

* Verify returned products for damage, shortage, expiry, or mismatch

* Maintain proper return stock records in ERP/Excel

* Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for return processing

* Handle RTV (Return to Vendor) process and documentation

* Monitor return claims and resolve discrepancies

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly return reports

* Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation of returned stock

* Follow up with marketplace support teams for pending claims/issues

* Maintain proper filing of return invoices and documents

* Identify reasons for high returns and suggest corrective actions
