Job Description:

Square Yards is hiring dynamic and target-driven Relationship Managers for its Mumbai team. This role involves managing client relationships, handling property sales, and delivering a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into sales

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up regularly to close deals and achieve monthly targets

Coordinate with internal teams and developers for deal closure

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / High-ticket sales preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset

Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

Graduate (any discipline)
