Recruitment Coordinator & Personal Assistant

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations and joining status.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

• Follow the manager's instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Manage the manager's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize important documents.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external clients when required.
• Draft emails, letters, and other business correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Assist in day-to-day office administration.
