Pre-Sales Executive
A Pre-Sales Executive in real estate is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversions. The role involves regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining lead data in CRM, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
