JR Cash N Carry is a fast-growing FMCG wholesale and e-commerce company engaged in B2B & B2C distribution, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, exports, brand partnerships, and supply chain operations. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to directly assist the Managing Director in managing day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support


•⁠ ⁠Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.

•⁠ ⁠Prioritize daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with department heads on pending actions.

•⁠ ⁠Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information.


Business Coordination


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT teams.

•⁠ ⁠Track ongoing projects and prepare daily progress reports.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with brands, suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, and key clients.

•⁠ ⁠Organize management meetings and business reviews.


E-commerce Support


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, and website-related tasks.

•⁠ ⁠Track marketplace performance and seller account updates.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare reports on sales, inventory, returns, and profitability.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and website developers.


Documentation


•⁠ ⁠Draft professional emails, business proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

•⁠ ⁠Handle contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and official correspondence.


Travel & Events


•⁠ ⁠Arrange flights, hotels, transport, visas, and itineraries.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Organize internal events and management conferences.


Administrative Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Screen phone calls and visitors.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain expense records and reimbursements.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, and memberships.
