- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist management with daily work and personal office-related tasks.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and important communications.
- Maintain documents, records, and other necessary information.
- Coordinate meetings and remind management about scheduled appointments.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and maintain confidentiality.
- Drive management safely to office meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is in good condition.
- Follow traffic rules and drive responsibly.
- Check fuel levels and inform management about vehicle servicing or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the schedule.
- Be flexible with travel timings whenever required by management.
