Job Description
- Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate networks.
- Plan, execute, and optimize RCS, Email, and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive measurable business growth by scaling loan applications, disbursals, and repeat engagement.
- Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and communication journeys.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and analytics teams to implement robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify, test, and onboard new marketing channels, partners, and tools to enhance acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on lending industry trends, regulatory requirements, and digital marketing innovations.
- Requirements4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within Lending, BFSI, or FinTech.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate marketing.
- Working knowledge of RCS, Email, and SMS platforms with proven results in engagement and conversions.
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar.
