Medical Representative (MR)

*Job Summary*:  

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective territory management, sales growth, and exceptional customer service. The MR will serve as the key point of contact between the company and healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Sales & Promotion*:

 - Promote and sell company products (medicines, medical devices, etc.) to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

 - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 - Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate key benefits to healthcare professionals.

- *Market Research & Analysis*:

 - Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

 - Gather competitive information and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

- *Relationship Building*:

 - Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

 - Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.

- *Product Knowledge & Training*:

 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, products, and competitor activities.

 - Provide educational and promotional materials to healthcare providers.

- *Reporting & Documentation*:

 - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

 - Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and sales transactions.

- *Compliance*:

 - Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

 - Attend relevant training sessions and comply with ethical standards.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
