Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the RoleAcc-Red is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage institutional and B2B clients, maintain regular follow-ups, coordinate requirements and convert opportunities into orders.

The role includes B2B client communication, quotation and PO follow-up, account development, scheduled client visits, product demos and delivery coordination.

This is not a door-to-door sales role. Client visits are only for scheduled meetings, demos, assigned sites, branch clusters or project requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up with existing and new B2B clients.
• Coordinate with banks, branch managers, facility managers, IFMs, hospitals, corporates and other institutional clients.
• Build relationships with existing contacts and generate opportunities from additional branches, sites and decision-makers.
• Collect client requirements, site photos/videos and relevant information.
• Coordinate internally to recommend suitable Acc-Red products.
• Follow up on quotations and move opportunities towards purchase orders.
• Conduct scheduled meetings, client visits and product demonstrations when required.
• Coordinate with accounts and internal teams after receiving the PO.
• Track order status and coordinate timely delivery.
• Follow up post-delivery for confirmation, photographs and feedback.
• Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets and share daily updates on opportunities, POs, deliveries and pending actions.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and follow-up ability may apply.
• Experience in B2B sales, key accounts, business development, client coordination, inside sales or customer relations is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with institutional clients and managers.
• Basic negotiation and sales ability.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Organized, punctual and disciplined with reporting.
• Comfortable travelling for scheduled client visits.

No engineering or technical background is required. Product training will be provided.

Performance ExpectationsWithin the first 3 months, the candidate should be able to:

• Manage assigned B2B accounts independently.
• Maintain consistent client follow-ups.
• Generate additional branch/site opportunities from existing accounts.
• Move enquiries from requirement stage to quotation and PO.
• Coordinate orders through delivery and post-delivery confirmation.
• Work towards generating 50 institutional B2B orders.
• Travel & Compensation₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives
• Company-approved travel and outstation stay expenses reimbursed as per policy.
• Client visits mainly within Mumbai with occasional outstation travel.
