Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor material requirements, procurement, and site inventory.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Verify measurements, bills, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site activities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Excel & MS Office (preferred).
