Job Description
We are looking for Part Time - IT Support/ IT Administrator
LOCATION - Bhandup (West)
Shift - Night Shift
Shift Timing - 7pm to 11.30pm
1. Internet connectivity issues should be resolved.
2. Install MS Office, Outlook, Antivirus when needed.
3. Create and delete user accounts in Active Directory as per HR email and instruction.
4. Assign Biometric access for new joiners and promptly deactivate access for employee in case of attrition based on HR email.
5. Maintain IT asset inventory records in excel for both WB WFO and WFH employees and keep proper record of Asset allocation and asset return along with Headphone details.
6. To ensure if offline Excel or Word is expired, need to activate it immediately.
7. Resolve Printer related issues.
8. Should know to monitor CCTV, retrieve past recording, download video as requested.
9.Installation for frequently used softwares like - X-Lite, Hubstaff
10. Should have knowledge about UPS and Battery also.
