Hiring: Business Development Executive – IT Sales (Work From Home)

About the Company

Aken Tech Solution provides website development, NGO management software, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, CRM/ERP software, WhatsApp Business API and AI-based digital solutions.

We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives who can communicate with potential clients, explain our services and convert business enquiries into sales.

Mandatory Experience

Freshers will not be considered.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience in one or more of these industries:

- IT Services and Software Sales

- Website Design & Development

- SaaS, CRM or ERP Sales

- E-commerce Solutions

- Digital Marketing Agency Sales

- Web Hosting, Domains or Technology Services

- B2B Technology Sales

Candidates with experience selling websites, software or digital services will be preferred.

Language Requirements

We are hiring for multiple regional markets. Candidates should be fluent in at least one of these language combinations:

- Tamil + English

- Telugu + English

- Kannada + English

- Hindi + Marathi

Additional regional languages will be an advantage. Hindi + Marathi-speaking female candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp and online enquiries.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Explain services, pricing and product benefits.

- Schedule online demos and client meetings.

- Follow up with prospects and close sales.

- Maintain lead records and daily sales reports.

- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Setup

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Experience in lead follow-up, negotiation and sales closing.

- Basic knowledge of websites, software or digital services.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Meet and Google Sheets.

- Laptop/desktop, stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, based on experience.

Two-Round Interview Process

Round 1: Experience screening, communication and language assessment.

Round 2: Practical sales assessment, mock client call, objection handling and sales skills.
