1. Job PurposeTo handle customer enquiries, provide excellent customer service, generate sales opportunities, convert leads into customers, resolve customer complaints, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• 2. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Customer SupportHandle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and website enquiries.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, pricing and orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Provide order status, delivery updates and payment assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and enquiry history.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• B. Sales & Lead GenerationContact potential customers and explain company products and services.
• Generate leads through inbound enquiries, outbound calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and sales.
• Follow up with interested and inactive customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and benefits.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and update lead status.
• C. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Encourage repeat purchases and customer retention.
• Collect customer feedback and suggestions.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• D. CRM & ReportingUpdate customer details in CRM or company software.
• Maintain daily call and enquiry reports.
• Track leads, conversions and pending follow-ups.
• Maintain records of orders, complaints and resolutions.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
