Process: US - Voice
Working: 5 Days working with 2 rotational off
Shift: Rotational (including night shift)
Qualification: Graduate fresher or HSC with 6 months of experience
Location: Malad
Job Description:
- Handling calls from international customers and resolve their queries live
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handling Calls and making a note of the issues simultaneously
