Job Title: Interior site supervisor/ Site manager/Fit-Out Engineer / Site incharge/ site coordinator / Project Manager (0 to 3 Years Experience)

Location: As per project, across PAN India

Project Span: residential/commercial projects experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage interior fit-out works from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, or multiplex).

• Hands-on experience managing multiplex projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
