Conduct structured consultations with customers to understand their family’s healthcare needs, financial responsibilities, and existing coverage • Initiate conversations around rising medical costs, healthcare inflation, and the financial impact of hospitalization • Educate customers about the importance of adequate health protection for their families • Recommend suitable health insurance plans—individual, family floater, and super top-up— available in the market based on the customer’s needs and financial situation • Build trust through consultative discussions and needs-based advisory • Address customer questions clearly and confidently—including coverage, cashless hospitalization, waiting periods, and claims—helping them make informed financial decisions • Maintain detailed records of consultations, customer insights, and sales outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support • Stay updated on health insurance products, industry practices, and financial planning
