🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, job portals, social media, and references.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, or similar job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills..
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

🔹 Preferred

• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
• Experience in consultancy recruitment is preferred.
