HR Executive

Job Title: Back Office + HR Executive Location: Charni Road.

Job Type: Full-Time Fresher + Experience preferred.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile professional to join our team as a Back Office + HR Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily back-office operations along with recruitment and HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining business records, preparing operational documents, managing recruitment activities, and handling employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

1.Maintain and update sales, purchase, and inventory records

2.Prepare delivery challans, and related documents

3.Enter and manage data in Excel

4.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams

5.Track orders, dispatch status, and stock updates

6.Handle email communication and internal reporting

7.Ensure proper filing and documentation of records

2. HR Executive

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

2. Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

3. Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
