Job Description
Company: Moneybee Securities
Location: Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai
Stipend: ₹17,500/month
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support HR operations and office administration at Moneybee Securities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Manage utility bill payments and vendor coordination
- Handle travel management and bookings
- Keep track of office inventory and supplies
- Draft HR letters, policies, and communications
- Support other HR/admin tasks as assigned
Requirements/Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basics of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
