Job Description
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms and required documentation.
- Coordinate with appraisal and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Identify and execute gold loan takeover opportunities from banks, NBFCs, jewelers, and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
