Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Field Testing Engineer to conduct on-site testing, validation, and installation support for our products across various locations in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Laptop and be open to frequent travel. The role involves real-time troubleshooting, field data collection, client coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client or project sites across India to test and validate product functionality
- Conduct installation, calibration, and configuration of product hardware and software
- Collect field data, logs, and performance metrics during live operations
- Identify issues in real-time and provide immediate corrective actions or escalate to the tech team
- Interact with clients and site authorities during trials and provide product demonstrations
- Prepare field testing reports, documentation, and analysis summaries
- Maintain tools, instruments, and testing kits in working condition
- Coordinate with the in-house engineering and support team for ongoing improvements
- Ensure all field activities comply with safety and operational standards
