Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and organized Field Executive to manage on-site activities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit customers, clients, or business locations as assigned.
• Conduct surveys, inspections, audits, or data collection activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Verify documents and collect required information from clients.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve assigned targets and performance objectives.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant fieldwork experience (freshers may apply, depending on the role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driving license (if required).
