Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, fries, wraps, rolls, noodles, and other menu items.
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and cooking procedures.
  • Ensure food is cooked properly and served fresh and hot.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
  • Manage food preparation during busy hours efficiently.
  • Maintain proper food storage and follow FIFO practices.
  • Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for timely order preparation.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • RequirementsPrevious experience as a Fast Food Cook or similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Knowledge of fast food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
