Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth research on current fashion trends to anticipate our consumer preferences.
  • Design detailed illustrations and sketches for new products based on market research.
  • Develop clothing patterns/drafts suitable for mass production.
  • Source fabric and other raw materials required for bulk production of the respective garment..
  • Test, and select appropriate fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.
  • Identify and collaborate with the most suitable contract manufacturers.
  • Supervise the production process, including fittings and cost price determination (final cost sheet).
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and models.
  • Manage the prototype sample process from inception to completion.
  • Should be able to develop the sample of the finalised product in-house, and as fast as possible. (if you carry stitching skills, you’ll be given preferences )
  • Work closely with the content team to create cohesive mood boards.
  • Prepare detailed cost sheets and product lists.
  • Collaborate with the media team to produce visually appealing content.
