We are looking for a creative, proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can strengthen our digital presence, build brand recognition and generate quality leads through innovative marketing strategies.

• Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Content CreationManage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Develop engaging reels, short videos, carousels, posts and financial awareness content.
• Create a monthly content calendar aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identify trending content formats and develop creative campaigns suited to our target audience.
• Build a consistent and recognisable brand identity across digital platforms.
• 2. Lead Generation & Performance MarketingPlan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for mutual funds, SIPs and other investment solutions.
• Develop targeted campaigns focused on Chembur, Mumbai and relevant customer segments.
• Design landing pages, lead forms and conversion funnels.
• Track cost per lead, lead quality, appointments and conversion performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-client conversion.
• 3. Branding & Local Digital PresenceBuild Premier Capital Advisor into a recognised financial services brand in Chembur.
• Improve local search visibility through Google Business Profile and local SEO.
• Develop digital campaigns around financial literacy, investor awareness and brand credibility.
• Identify local collaborations, community engagement opportunities and promotional activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing communication.
• 4. Website, SEO & Digital GrowthCoordinate website updates and improve website content.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Optimise content for relevant investment-related searches.
• Monitor website traffic, visitor engagement and enquiry generation.
• Explore AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency.
• 5. Campaign Execution & Marketing AnalyticsExecute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for opted-in audiences, email campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Create marketing creatives for festivals, financial awareness campaigns and company promotions.
• Maintain a marketing dashboard covering campaign performance, leads and conversions.
• Analyse marketing results and recommend improvements.
• Ensure marketing communications follow applicable financial services advertising and compliance requirements.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Media or a related field.
• 2–5 years of practical digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or other content creation and video editing tools.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and lead generation strategies.
• Strong copywriting, communication and creative-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and marketing productivity.
• Ability to independently plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns.

Preferred: Experience in financial services, mutual funds, insurance, fintech or wealth management.
