Work Details

• 6 Days Working with Rotational Shifts
• 1 Rotational Week Off (6 offs/month)
• 9 Hours Shift (Including 1-hour break)
• Incentives based on performance
• Night shifts applicable (for male employees only)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via calls, chats, and emails using provided leads
• Resolve customer queries through chats, calls and emails
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain and update lead database
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
