Job Description
· Handle and resolve software-related queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
· Investigate and troubleshoot parsing issues, data discrepancies, and application-related concerns.
· Track, monitor, and follow up on open customer issues until resolution.
· Generate and share MIS reports as per business requirements.
· Ensure timely response and resolution in line with service standards.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
