Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Role OverviewThe Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions post-sales, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The role involves handling queries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities· Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
· Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Provide accurate information regarding project status, timelines, and processes.
· Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Construction teams.
· Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and payment processes.
· Track customer payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
· Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
· Handle escalations and ensure timely complaint resolution.
· Coordinate possession schedules and assist in handover processes.
Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Knowledge of CRM systems
· Customer-centric approach
· Good coordination and multitasking skills
Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship / CRM (Real Estate preferred)
Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Customer satisfaction score
· Query resolution turnaround time
· Collection efficiency
· Complaint resolution rate
· Data accuracy in CRM
