Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams.
- Manage booking, agreement, registration, and possession processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
- Prepare customer reports, demand letters, and possession letters.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily activity updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
