Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Input property details, market comparison data, dimensions, and financial metrics into valuation software.
  • Report Generation: Draft and format formal valuation reports, appraisal certificates, and market analysis summaries.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update internal property databases, historical valuation records, and client files.
  • Document Processing: Scan, upload, and organize physical site photographs, deeds, blueprints, and legal documents.
  • Quality Control: Cross-verify entered data against source documents to ensure zero typographical or numerical errors.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular data backups and report any hardware or software glitches to the IT team.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and speed-typing. Familiarity with GIS mapping tools or real estate valuation software is a major plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling complex numerical data, legal descriptions, and financial figures.
