Job Description
- Handle day-to-day office and operational activities.
- Perform computer-based work including data entry, Excel, online portals and record maintenance.
- Maintain accurate customer, job and work-related records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth processing of work.
- Handle receiving and delivery-related documentation.
- Prepare and update daily operational reports.
- Check entries and documents carefully to ensure accuracy.
- Follow company procedures and maintain proper records.
- Support billing, job card and other back-office activities as required.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure work is completed on time.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Perform any other operational or administrative work assigned by the Branch In-charge.
