Job Description
1) Handle qualified leads generated by the telecalling and digital marketing teams.
2) Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
3) Attend customers scheduled by the Telecalling team.
4) Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
5) Negotiate with customers and close property sales.
6) Follow up with prospects until the deal is successfully closed.
