Job Description
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand activities.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.
- Track ongoing projects, campaign deliverables, and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital marketing and media solutions to existing clients.
- Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
- Assist the sales and client servicing team in business development activities.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
