Job Description
Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to manage pharma clients, understand their campaign requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Coordinate with design, technology and execution teams
- Provide regular project updates and ensure timely delivery
- Handle client feedback and identify new business opportunities
Requirements: Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Experience in pharma marketing, client servicing or account management is preferred.
