World One Enterprises, a GLOBAL ONE group, is seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to join our leadership team and play a central role in driving the operational excellence, strategic execution, and growth agenda of the Group.

Reporting directly to the MD & CEO, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group's diverse business verticals — including AI, Data Centres, IT & Telecom, and Defence Technology — ensuring organisational alignment, operational efficiency, and the successful delivery of key initiatives. This is a rare opportunity for a high-calibre executive to shape the trajectory of a group with genuine national and international ambitions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

— MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate management qualification from a reputed institution

— Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior operational or C-suite role

— Age: Below 45 years

— Prior experience in IT, Telecom, AI, or related technology sectors is strongly preferred

— Proven track record with a reputed company or corporate group of standing

— Exceptional command of English — both written and spoken; able to represent the Group at the highest levels

— Strong personality with executive presence, gravitas, and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

— Computer and technology savvy; comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and modern business systems

— Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and accountability

— High degree of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Partner with the MD & CEO to translate the Group's strategic vision into operational plans and measurable outcomes

— Oversee and integrate the operations of all business verticals — AI, Data Centres, IT/Telecom, and Defence Technology

— Build, lead, and develop high-performance teams across functions — operations, business development, finance, and HR

— Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency, and scalable systems across the Group

— Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and project milestones; provide regular reporting to the Board

— Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key clients, investors, government bodies, and strategic partners

— Represent the Group externally at forums, industry events, and high-level business engagements

— Oversee execution of flagship projects including AI infrastructure, telecom ventures, and defence technology programmes

— Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance standards across all operations

— Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability throughout the organisation

Qualification: MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution

Experience: Minimum 10 years; C-suite or senior leadership background

Age: Below 45 years

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Salary: Commensurate with experience — competitive with industry benchmarks
