Chartered Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage all accounting, finance, and compliance functions for our hotel/hostel operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting for all hotel operations, including room revenue, food & beverage, and other services.
• Managing general ledger and financial entries in Tally.
• Coordinating year-end closing and audit processes.
• Filing income tax returns.
• Filing GST & TDS returns & GST reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide management with financial insights for decision-making and cost control.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
