Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Earthing, Grounding, Lightning Protection, Cable Accessories, Cabling, Electrical, or related industries.
• Experience in the Earthing and Cabling Industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and close sales independently.
• Experience in handling contractors, distributors, consultants, traders, OEMs, or EPC companies will be preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Must possess a professional attitude and strong follow-up skills.
