Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bartender to join the team at SardaarJi Haveli. The candidate should have good knowledge of bar operations, beverages and guest service, and should be capable of independently managing the bar during restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Handle day-to-day bar operations efficiently.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inform management about shortages.
• Ensure correct portioning and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.
• Check and maintain bar equipment, glassware and other supplies.
• Take beverage orders and serve guests professionally.
• Have good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers and other beverages.
• Ensure proper billing and coordination with the service team.
• Follow all restaurant SOPs and applicable liquor-service regulations.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance.
• Handle busy service periods efficiently and calmly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous bartender experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of bar operations and beverage service.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Basic spoken English is preferred.
• Smart, well-groomed and presentable.
• Honest, responsible and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Candidates with hotel / restaurant bar experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
