Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Daily service calls को receive, update और monitor करना।
- Engineers को calls assign करना और pending calls का follow-up करना।
- Open, Closed और Part Pending calls का proper record maintain करना।
- Field Engineers के साथ daily coordination करना।
- Engineer-wise productivity और daily performance track करना।
- Daily Service Performance Report (DSPR) maintain करना।
- Engineer-wise collection और revenue reports तैयार करना।
- Warranty, Demo और Out of Warranty (OW) collection track करना।
- Daily, Weekly और Monthly MIS reports तैयार करना।
- Customer complaints और escalations पर follow-up करना।
- Brand portals पर service updates और required documentation complete करना।
