Accountant

Position Title: Accountant

Location: [MIRA ROAD (EAST)]

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our chemical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase, sales, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer payments, and general accounting.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries related to purchase, sales, expenses, and receipts.
• Prepare and process vendor & customer payments.
• Record and reconcile purchase and sales invoices in Tally/ERP.
• Handle GST input/output reconciliation, TDS entries, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers, follow up for payments and outstanding balances.
• Support in preparation of monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.     Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

3.     Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.

4.     Familiarity with basic tax regulations.

5.     Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability reporting.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.

Regular office hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM) Monday to Saturday.
