Academic Telesales Counselor

GuruAanklan Academy is looking for a result-oriented and empathetic Academic Tele sales Counselor to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coaching industry (IIT, NEET, JEE) and a passion for guiding students toward their academic goals.

Job Overview

• Location: Bhandup Airoli ,
• Salary: ₹15000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Final salary based on interview performance and experience)
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time (Payroll)

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling: Guide students and parents regarding Science stream career paths, specifically focusing on IIT-JEE and NEET preparations.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries (walk-ins, telephonic, and web leads) into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Course Guidance: Explain the academy’s pedagogy, faculty expertise, batch timings, and fee structures clearly.
• Admission Process: Manage the end-to-end admission process, from initial counseling to documentation and fee collection.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest exam patterns (JEE/NEET) and competitor offerings in the Thane region.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience working in a Science Academy or coaching center specializing in IIT / NEET / JEE is highly preferred.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (Science background is an added advantage).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents and students.
• Fluency in English and Marathi/Hindi/Gujarati/.
