Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch coordination in a garment manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inward and outward material movement
• Maintain stock records for fabric, trims, and finished goods
• Prepare GRN, issue slips, and delivery challans
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and dispatch teams
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Supervise loading/unloading activities
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Update inventory data in Excel or ERP systems

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a garment/apparel warehouse
• Knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Basic computer skills (Excel/ERP)
• Good coordination and communication skills
