Waiter / Steward

The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel offerings.
• RequirementsDiploma or certification in Hospitality is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
