Job Description
- Handle all mise-en-place and mise-en-scène tasks efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards and operating procedures
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure their comfort
- Provide prompt and attentive service to guests
- Minimize breakage, spoilage, and wastage
- Prepare accurate bills and collect payments correctly
- Perform additional duties assigned by management when required
- Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with colleagues
- Understand and show interest in other departmental processes
- Build strong working relationships with kitchen and stewarding staff
- Keep the supervisor informed about any issues or unusual situations promptly
