Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Explain the food and beverage menu, recommend dishes and assist guests with their orders.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Ensure timely and efficient serving of food and beverages.
- Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their visit.
- Handle guest queries, special requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Follow standard serving procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, service stations and equipment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively attend to their requirements.
- Promote special menu items, combos, offers and additional F&B products.
- Ensure accurate billing and coordination with the cashier wherever required.
- Support birthday parties, corporate events and special guest arrangements.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
