Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests: Greet customers warmly, show them to their tables, and hand out menus.
- Take Orders: Write down food and drink choices accurately and pass them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve Meals: Bring food and drinks to the table in a timely way.
- Assist Guests: Answer menu questions, share daily specials, and check on tables to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or card payments, and thank departing guests.
- Keep Clean: Clear dirty plates, wipe down tables, and keep the dining area tidy.
