Job Description
- Handle day-to-day client and travel requirements
- Coordinate with clients, hotels, airlines and travel partners
- Assist with bookings, quotations and travel documents
- Follow up on confirmations and pending requirements
- Handle client queries on phone, WhatsApp and email
- Maintain booking details and client information in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of bookings
- Learn travel products, destinations and booking processes
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support the team during busy periods
